Fantastic service, the day after valentines day the bouquet I ordered wasn't available but the florist helped me over the phone and reassured me they would create a beautiful bouquet with similar flowers that they had to hand, paid at 9:30am and the flowers were delivered the same day to my choice of address by 1:30pm.
