I live in New Zealand and ordered flowers for my Mum in England for the New Zealand Mother's Day. When I came to pay by Visa the sight wouldn't accept it so my daughter (also in NZ) paid using her Direct Debit Card. My bank told me that they had very strict rules in place so the sight couldn't accept my pay method. However my daughter e-mailed the florist and soon it was sorted. My Mum (Age 93) received them on time and was so shocked and very pleased. She 'phoned me in New Zealand to say "Thank-you". I will use this website in the future because I know that they did their best to satisfy the customer. I sent flowers to my Mum in Warrington, England from New Zealand. They were for the New Zealand Mother's Day.
